We take precise measurements of your space to build your estimate.
You get a transparent quotation, every step of the work broken out — usually within a couple of business days.
We level, moisture-test and handle moisture mitigation, so the floor already feels and looks flat before a single board goes down.
Every board is visually inspected, selected and mixed consistently, then laid by hand — the care custom flooring demands.
On-site sanding and finishing, with stain applied if applicable.
Standard clean-up and a final walkthrough together to make sure everything's right, plus floor covering and protection.
