How much does a custom hardwood floor cost?
Every estimate is priced to the project — species, square footage, pattern complexity and the amount of prep work all factor in. A simple refinish and a hand-laid medallion floor sit at very different points. Send us the details and we'll put together a clear, itemised estimate so you know exactly what you're paying for.
How long will my project take?
It depends on size and complexity — a single refinished room can be a few days, while a full custom installation with pattern work takes longer. You'll get a realistic timeline with your estimate, and we keep you updated throughout.
Do you work outside of Arizona?
Yes. We're based in Phoenix and serve all of Arizona — Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert and beyond — and we travel nationwide for exceptional projects.
Can you refinish my existing floors instead of replacing them?
Often, yes. If the boards are sound, sanding, custom stain matching and a fresh finish can bring worn hardwood back to life — without the cost of a full replacement. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense for your floor.
Do you do herringbone, medallions and custom patterns?
That's exactly what we're known for — herringbone, chevron, parquetry, contrasting borders, brass inlays and fully custom medallions, including showpieces built one piece at a time.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Arizona licensed, bonded and insured (ROC 342486), so your home and your investment are protected from start to finish.
